This first class of the challenge is strong steady and dynamic. We will start with a short warm up before getting straight down to it with squats and lunges before taking it to the mat for roll backs, pelvic curls, side lying work and kick backs. We will always work into the triceps and upper body. Finally you’ll have a lovely stretch into the side body and shoulders to finish. I hope you enjoy day 1.
