Join me for a back to basics pilates class. This pilates routine will have the fundamental exercises suitable for beginners who have taken my Beginners Tutorial 1-4 and for anyone wanting to refresh and renew their Pilates knowledge without the pressure of the more athletic exercises- we’ll do them another week! Today will be all about the fundamentals; after all you can’t build a great building without a solid foundation and Pilates is about creating strong and sustainable foundations. Get ready to work your core!
All the exercises are low impact with an emphasis on building core strength and flexibility.
