35 MIN Intense Booty and Glute Pilates Workout | Sanne Vloet

Hi babes!

Happy Tuesday, how are we doing? Can’t believe that it’s already may!

Anyway, I’m so excited to be posting another workout for you! This time we’re doing a 35 minute booty and glute burn. I used an elastic band for that extra resistance but you can absolutely do this entire workout without it as well. I have been so busy with traveling that I can’t wait to get back in to routines and working out. It just feels so good to take care of your body.

I’m also currently working on something really really exciting that will be available later this year. Ahhhh can’t wait to share more!

Hi,

Happy first week of spring! How is your week so far? I definitely feel way more motivated after the daylight savings. I love to have the sun up for a couple of more hours because it gives me so much more energy!

Anyway, many of you have requested shorter yet effective workouts. This workout is a 15 minutes full body pilates workout. It targets your whole body and is made to fit busy schedules. Sometimes all we have is 15 minutes during the day to just focus on ourselves and this workout will be well worth it. On days when I feel low on energy or I just have so much going on I love a shorter workout myself. Let me know what you think and if you want to see more express workouts in the future!

Happy Wednesday! I hope all of you are having a wonderful week so far. I am a little sad the Pilates Challenge came to an end but don’t worry I have tons of new videos ready for you and I am working on a very special project! Pilates is my favorite workout to lengthen, sculpt and strengthen all the muscles! This Inner thigh workout was very high requested so I am excited to share it! Feel free to use any weights or no weights at all. If you want to make it more challenge you can also add on an elastic band!

What did you think of my healthy holiday recipes? Do you have any recipes you love? For those of you who are in the USA I wanted to include an early workout so you can get your exercise out of the way before Thanksgiving dinner! I know I always need to put on sweatpants in the evening because my belly is so full and happy. Anyway I want you to get a total body toning exercises in so here is one of my favorite intense 30 min full body pilates workouts! You are welcome to use ankle weights if you want an extra push but it’s totally fine to do this with no equipment! Let me know what you think if you complete this! Hope you feel stronger and know I am thankful for every one of you!

WOW we started wellness month in such an amazing way! Thank you so much for all the positive messages and all the re-posts of the workouts so far. It makes me so happy to know that you are enjoying this as much as I am!

For our full body workout week I created another Pilates flow. This is great to do in combination with any HIIT workout.

I have really noticed when I practice Pilates myself that my body feels more aligned, toned and lengthened. Let me know if you feel the same too!

It really doesn’t matter what your goals are in the upcoming month because every little step towards a healthier and happier lifestyle is a step in a great direction!

Welcome to our first week of wellness month! Some of you might remember that during quarantine I completed a Pilates Teacher training course together with my friend Jason. I am excited to share more Pilates workouts on the channel soon. This is one of my first ” classes” so bear with me on any mistakes! Practice makes perfect they say!

Pilates has really helped me tone my body and strengthen all the small muscles. I find this to be a great way to train strength, balance and core and hope you do too!
