Pilates for Beginners | The Next Step | 30 minute Full Body Workout | No Equipment


Join me for a 30 Minute Pilates Full Body Workout. This is a beginners class which is a level up from the class I taught last week. It will have more challnges, more exercises and will leave you feeling refreshed and fully worked out. Whether this is your first pilates class or you just want to slow things down whilst still getting a full body workout this session is for you. This workout will focus on breathing, core work and teaching you more of the classical pilates matwork exercises. Come and see what a focused pilates session can do for your fitness and wellbeing.
