30 Minute Fundamental Pilates- Beginners Plus Workout | Live!


Join me for a back to basics pilates class. This pilates routine will have the fundamental exercises suitable for beginners who have taken my Beginners Tutorial 1-4 and for anyone wanting to refresh and renew their Pilates knowledge without the pressure of the more athletic exercises- we’ll do them another week!
